These are particularly useful to notify your staff of anything happening on certain days that they may need to be aware of.
This could be anything from a Bank Holiday to a Festival in the area.
You can search an alert by date range or keyword and also choose to Show Historic if needed.
To create an alert just click +Add.
To delete an alert, click on the red trash can icon on the far column.
When creating an alert, you have three different types to choose from – bookings, local event and public holiday.
You would choose the type most suitable for your alert.
Even though it says daily you can choose the alert to be shown for a date range and not just one day.
You will see the alerts, when you are creating a room booking (reservation) and the date the alert is set up for coincides with the dates you are booking a room for. It would be shown at the top of the details tab.
The same applies when creating an event, if the date of any alert coincides with the event then it will appear at the top of the page once the date is selected.
