This section is where you will need to come in order to set up your Key Card Encoders if you are using the Hop integration with either Onity or Salto. It will only be visible on the main Hop navigation menu if the integration has first been configured in Administration > Property by the Hop Support Team.
To add a new encoder into Hop, click the +Add button, type in the Device ID (this is the ID number assigned to the encoder in your lock system's software) and then name it according to how you would like it to appear in the PMS. Once you have saved your changes, the encoder is added.
If this is a new integration, you will also need to ensure that it has also been configured in Administration > Property by the Hop Support Team.
