CRM Reports - Lost Bookings Report

This report captures any reservations that have either been cancelled out of the system or marked as a no show. 

This is a useful report for the reservations team to monitor their lost bookings and see how regularly these are occurring.

Editing The report Layout 

You can search by “arrival date – to and from” or “departure date – to and from” There is also a search bar in the top left hand corner where you can do a search for a guest or company name. 

By clicking on a column you can filter the report so that it’s displayed either in alphabetical or date order.  

This report can be downloaded into PDF or CSV format.
