This report lists all rooms and their statuses for the selected date and enables you to see how many guests are departing, arriving or staying over. It is also a useful tool to help you get an idea of how many staff you may need to rota on for future dates.
It shows you the room name/number, room type and room status (e.g. whether it is vacant, occupied, clean or dirty). If a room is occupied, the report will tell you the arrival date, departure date, guest name and the number of adults/children/infants. You can also see how many nights the guest has stayed, the name of the next guest staying in that room and when they are due to arrive.
Click on any of the column headers to sort the data or use the search box in the top left corner to look for a room by name/number.
This report is available to download in PDF or CSV format.
