The Metric Comparison Report compares three metrics using a graph and table.
Metrics being used within this report are:
Occupancy: This shows the accommodation level of your property by percentage %
ARR: This shows the average room rate (total room revenue / total rooms sold)
RevPar: This shows the revenue per available room (average daily room rate x occupancy rate)
You can search by all metrics or a specific metric using the chart type filter.
The report also allows you to filter the criteria by year, days of the week and room groups.
The graph shows the information on a month by month basis.
If you want a breakdown of each day within a month, simply double click on the month to see this.
As well as the graph, the metric comparison report also has a table that shows the year you have selected in the criteria search and last year for measuring against.
You can select to see all metrics or just the ones you want to measure by using the tick box above the table.
This report can be exported to CSV.
