This report shows a record of all deposits that are recorded in Hop. The report allows you to search for a specific deposit or for different date ranges. It is useful and very transparent for financial inspections, as it displays the reference numbers, dates deposit received and total amount.
When it comes to the date ranges you can view these in two different ways.
View Unredeemed for date – This is where you can see the deposits that you have in the system that have yet to be redeemed. This just gives you one date field to choose from. Please note that this date will show deposits up until the date selected and not include this date. For example, transactions with an unredeemed deposit as of 31/12/2022 will show up until the end of day 30/12/2022.
View deposits in date range – This is where you can view all deposits in a date range and their status. You can also select to include redeemed & historic. 
You can use the headers to sort the order by clicking on them.
This report can be downloaded in PDF or CSV format.
