Occupancy Line Shown on the Booking Engine. 

Following the updates to Multi Property Booking Engine we have now added this to the Single Property flow.

This will be toggled on as a default but can be toggled off if required in Booking Engine Configuration.










Pre-Check In Links 

In response to multiple requests from properties, we have introduced Pre-Check-In links that can be added to Confirmation, Pre-Stay, and Reservation or Room Manually Triggered Templates.

The Pre-Check-In feature allows guests to conveniently update their details, customise their room configuration, and add any special requests before arrival. This ensures a seamless check-in experience while giving guests the opportunity to tailor their stay to their preferences prior to arrival.

Please note that Confirmation and Pre-Stay emails are always triggered from the RES.

To configure the fields displayed during Pre-Check-In, navigate to Booking Engine > Pre-Check-In Configuration.

Desktop Display – 

Below is an overview of the Pre-Check-In flow.










We have added a new icon display on the Manage Reservations screen. Where you can see if the Pre-Check-In has been completed.

On the Room Schedule you can hover and see the reservation status and, on the pop-up when opening the reservation further.



The booking history will provide a clear record of when the Pre-Check-In was completed. This allows staff to easily track guest pre-check-in progress.



Special Requests already added to the RES will not be displayed to customers via Pre-Check-In. Any new special requests will be added to the Notes field under previous existing notes. Any notes entered in the notes for guest field will show to the customer on Pre-Check-In. 



Ability to Add a Loyalty Reward Number to Reservations

We've added the ability to link a default Loyalty Reward program to reservations in Hop. Now, a membership number can be assigned to a reservation and included in email templates.

First to set up your loyalty programme you can enter the default name of the loyalty programme you have i.e Hop Loyalty.


If you would like to display this name in your email templates add the custom field to the appropriate templates.


You can also add the custom field for the rewards number added to a reservation as highlighted above.

To enter a reward number this can be found on the details tab of a RESX.




HopGift Sales Data

We have introduced a similar process for Hop Gift Sales as we have for our Epos providers. Once a day at the specified time Hop will retrieve all Sales and Payments from the Hop Gift portal. This will create a daily house account and display all vouchers sold and payments made.

In Administration >Integrations ensure the correct run time is set.

Add in the appropriate article for Monetary Charges and article for Delivery Fees.

You can also Back Fill this data if required, please also note that no House Account will be created if there is no data for that day.
