New login page layout including refer a friend scheme 

We have updated the login page with a new layout, which includes up-to-date special notices about exciting developments in Hop. Additionally, we have introduced a refer-a-friend scheme for users to earn rewards. These updates are part of our commitment to enhancing the platform and providing the best possible experience for our users.

New Housekeeping Status’

We have now added some new houskeeping status’ to the Room Status report in Housekeeping you can now choose from:

• Turn-Down Requested
• Turn-Down In Progress
• Turn-Down Complete

New "Cancelled By..." column on the Cancellation Report

To give hotel’s more information on booking cancellations you can now see who the reservation has been cancelled by. This is particularly useful during any investigations along with the cancellation reason.

New status column to the Arrivals Report

We have added the ability to see the room status of reservations on the Arrivals Report. This will aid team members to see reservations already checked in and the remainder of reservations left to arrive for the day.

Ability to change the label of the Postcode field on the Booking Engine

For our customers in Ireland, USA and beyond we have now added the option to change the Postcode label for the booking. I.e. Eircode or Zip code

New phone number column to Inhouse Report

Following requests, we have now introduced the Phone Number column to the inhouse report. Giving this report the extra functionality you can now easily contact your guest.

Alternative iCal feed

Currently our iCal feed displays available rooms due to several requests we have now made it possible to have alternate iCal feed to display number of booked rooms.

You can find this new setting in Administration > Booking Engine. If left unticked this will show “Booked Rooms” if ticked this will show “Available Rooms”

You can then retrieve the URL or file from the room type to upload to chosen platform.

Ability to select multiple rate plans on the pick up report.

We have now added the ability to select multiple rate plans on the pick up report this will now save you time exporting multiple reports. This is available to download in PDF or CSV.
