Reservations

Jump to today option on the Availability page 

We have added the functionality to jump back to today’s date in the availability calendar, this is especially helpful if you are searching for multiple dates. 

Link to Sales View added after making a reservation 

You can now go straight back to the Sales View after creating a reservation this will save reservationists time when creating multiple reservations in a row. 

Added the cost of services/extras to the View Transaction screen 

You are now able to see the total cost of the reservation this will include costs of all rooms linked to this reservation. On each room you can see the cost of any services and extras. This will be extremely useful when taking payments on check in as you can see the breakdown of costing for the both the reservation and individual rooms. 

Events

Events Planner ability to view attendees  

 When hovering over the event in the planner view you will now be able to see the number of attendees for the event at a glance. 

Cancelling an event will automatically cancel any linked tasks 

 When cancelling an event in Hop any linked tasks to that event will also cancel, you will be able to track this in the audit log. 

Ability to copy/edit events from Event Planner 

We have added the same functionality as the Manage Events screen to the Events Planner so you can now copy events more easily. By right clicking on the event it will display the option to edit the event or copy the event. 

Dashboard 

Customisable dashboard 

We are extremely excited to release our new customisable dashboard, this will allow each user to create their own dashboard with the widgets they require. Each dashboard can be shared between users especially useful for members of the same team.  

You now have the ability to drag and drop each widget to the place of your choice and change the size of these widgets. 

At the top left you can edit the name of your dashboard and share your dashboard with other team members. 

A user will be able to use any shared dashboard that they do not own, however they will not be able to edit it. They can create their own copy if they wish to add or change any elements.

New widget added to main dashboard for Event Tasks 

As part of the new customisable dashboard, we have included the option to add the Event Tasks widget to the main dashboard.  

ARR is now shown with the ability to include/exclude VAT and non-accommodation revenue. 

You can now view the Average Room Rate including or excluding VAT you can also exclude any Non-Accommodation revenue such as Breakfast.  

Occupancy percentage and Rev PAR now added to the dashboard 

In connection to the above, we have added the current day’s Occupancy % and the Revenue Per Available Room. 

Reports

New report for individual tags 

We have given you the ability to add tags to individual profiles within the CRM you can now use the new report found inReports > CRM > Tags Reportto filter and report on certain tags, i.eVIP, Events, Corporate. 

You can use a date range filter and select multiple tags for your reports. 

Add download option to the room/event status report 

We have added the ability to download the Room Status & Event Status. You can set the filters such as date range at the top of the page which will be respected for the respective downloads.
