Lead Source Report
The Lead Source Report in Reports > CRM will now display the revenue (Reservation Price) for future dates.
Event pre-stay and follow-up emails
To set these up, go to Administration > Email Templates > Add, then select Event Follow Up/Event Pre Stay from the Template Type drop down menu.
Once you have set up your template, go to Administration > Email Content and add the new templates and select the number of days before or after the event date you would like the emails to be sent.
Allocate an event manager to an event
When creating an event or editing an existing event, you can now allocate a user to the event. In the Event Manager field, select the drop down and a list of all users will appear, select the user for the event.
The event manager is then displayed in the Print Summary for the event.
Multiple events on the same day now display on the Event Planner
Group Reservations – Assign and lock rooms
When making a group reservation, you now have the ability to assign and lock rooms. When you press the green + for room details, you just need to select the Edit Rates/Assign Rooms tick box and the boxes will appear. Select the rooms and click the lock if you wish to lock the room.
CSL Payment details
In CSL > Accounts Overview, when viewing settled transactions, you can now view the Payment Information. There is now a drop-down arrow to the right of the Payment type, select View Payment Information and the details of the transaction.
This is a helpful addition so payments can be better tracked and reconciled by the financial team.
Adding multiple event types to event reminders
You can now add multiple event types to event reminders. When selecting the event type, you can now click to add more saving you setting up the same reminder multiple times for different events.
Save multiple packages to an event
We have added the ability to add multiple packages to an event. You can now add more than one package with different delegate numbers.
Go to Events > Manage events > Add Event
Within the rates section of an event you can now add multiple packages and have different numbers for each package.
Once you have added a package to add another select the package form the dropdown box and select add. This will then add the package next to the first selected package as pictured above.
Transaction screen - Select All
We have added the ability to select all transactions within the transaction screen. This eliminates the need to select all items individually.
Go to Manage reservations > View Transactions
Store documents for Events
We have added the ability to upload documents like in the CRM section of HOP.
There is a new section within Hop for storing documents via events.
Go to Events > Documents
You will see any documents already uploaded on this screen.
You are able to Edit, Download and Delete the Document from this screen.
To upload a document, select the +add button in the top right-hand corner.
You will then have the option to choose the file (File must be less than 5mb). You can add a description and set tags for the document.
To add documents to an event got to the notes section within an event.
Within this section you are able to add attachments as well as delete attachments.
You can also link any documents that you have created within the document section. To do this select ‘link document’
You will be presented with a list of documents that have been uploaded. To upload select +add document to event.
Disable booking confirmations on individual reservations
We have added an option to disable the sending of a default confirmation if ‘choose template’ is selected when making a reservation.
To enable or disable this option go to > Administration > Property > property settings
If this option is disabled HOP will not send a confirmation if the user selects ‘choose template’
This option does not affect the Booking engine
Add multiple Extras when creating a booking
We have added the ability to add multiple Extras to a reservation when creating a booking.
When viewing the details page within a reservation you will now see we have moved the extras section to allow for multiple extras to be added.
To add multiple extras, select ‘+ add extra’ this will then add the extra below the button. You can amend the quantity and override the price if the price is different to the original article price.
If you need to remove the extra you can via the delete button at the end.
