A feature allowing the restrictions of articles/services/extras on certain date ranges. (i.e. close sale of "Dinner" extra for 24-26 December)

Hi George,
Would you see this as being mainly used for Services? In other words, is the main concern about the Extras that guests can choose to add on (champagne, parking, additional breakfast and so on) during the booking process on the booking engine? We already offer the ability to restrict Services by room type (please click here for more info) so could we apply a similar feature but with exclusions based on dates instead?
