Remove auto-loading of all reports.

Some reports have had the auto-loading feature removed, but not all. For example, the Management -> Occupancy Report automatically loads a month's worth of data, which can take time depending on your connection speed and the server. You must also wait until the auto loading is complete before specifying the dates you actually require, therefor doubling he wait time.

This is still present on a few reports and I believe it would be more efficient to have a Search button rather than auto-loading.
